New Temperature Control Really Takes Charge New temperature tuning parameters offer faster ramp rates and higher accuracy. Further development in power level manipulation and PLC temperature tracking has given us the ability to ramp faster and tighten control.
Vacuum Gauge Upgrades The new GOCI F4AV controller now features interface capabilities with the Varian Eyesys wide range vacuum gauge. This gives our vacuum ovens the ability to be controlled down to the 1 x 10-4 Torr range without the need for special high vacuum gauging or instrumentation.
Code Compliance A Must for GOCI It is now mandatory on all vacuum ovens that electrical components comply with a minimum UL and CE industry standard codes. Further code compliances on specialized items such as limit controllers include FM and CSA. All of our systems are fully wired and constructed to the latest NEC requirements.

Operating in hazardous locations is now possible by using our fully installed safety pressurization units.

A New Generation of Thermal Vacuum Oven Systems Vacuum Ovens for continious processing at elevated temperatures and pressure

The engineering and fabrication team has been working hard this year to complete the development of our new generation of vacuum ovens. Our four chassis types feature the most complete line of options and accessories. Focused efforts of improvement have been made to the o-ring sealing, temperature control, vacuum pumping, and atmospheric control. Improved TIG welding techniques and helium leak testing now offer greater chamber sealing and higher vacuum capabilities. The use of our newly acquired plasma cutter has given us even greater precision and fit, improving over all performance and look.
