New
Temperature Control Really Takes Charge
New temperature tuning
parameter s offer faster ramp rates and higher accuracy. Further
development in power level manipulation and PLC temperature tracking
has given us the ability to ramp faster and tighten control. |
|
Vacuum
Gauge Upgrades
The new GOCI
F4AV controller now features interface capabilities with the Varian
Eyesys wide range vacuum gauge. This gives our ovens the ability
to be controlled down to the 1 x 10-4 Torr range without the need
for special high vacuum gauging or instrumentation. |
|
Code
Compliance
It is now
mandatory on all future GOCI equipment that electrical components
comply with a minimum UL and CE industry standard codes. Further
code compliances on specialized items such as limit controllers
include FM and CSA. All of our systems are fully wired and
constructed to the latest NEC requirements. |

All
fabrication and design is done at our facility. We feature state
of the art
equipment including CNC machining and plasma cutting.
Our ovens
are fully designed and engineered using Pro E Wildfire and
Microsoft
Visio 2003.
We also
have a fully documented quality assurance program as
standard on
all ovens. Furthermore, calibration and material
certifications can be provided for pharmaceutical, medical
and
military applications. |
Georgia Oven Company
started in 1979 developing custom thermal devices, ovens and furnaces
for a variety of industries such as plastics, textiles, medical,
electronics and pharmaceutical. We have finally evolved into a company
that
exclusively produces vacuum and atmospheric ovens for numerous
applications and processes. Our presence is maintained by developing
and continuously integrating new technologies into our systems for
companies that can not use the industry standard or require heavily
automated production type units.
We are
located in Alpharetta Georgia just north of Atlanta in a 15,000
square-ft. manufacturing facility. In addition to top quality fabrication we also
offer:
Our Mission
To become the preferred
source of atmospheric industrial ovens and furnaces by totally
satisfying our customers with superior products, reasonable delivery,
intelligent engineering solutions and technical support .
