PAYMENT TERMS
Terms are as follows:
- Payment Terms for Orders Under $10,000.00
U.S. Dollars is Net 30-Days from date of shipment
- Payment Terms for Orders Over $10,000.00
U.S. Dollars requires a 50% down-payment, 50% payment due prior
to shipment after customer acceptance test at our facility
- Payment Terms for Orders Requiring
Commissioning or Installation require a 50% down-payment, 40%
payment due prior to shipment after customer acceptance test,
and a 10% payment after installation and or commissioning is
complete
Payment Terms for Orders over $200,000.00 U.S.
Dollars require a minimum 50% down-payment and progressive payments
which are negotiated prior to contract agreement
Georgia Oven Company shall retain title to all equipment, component
or system until the invoiced price is paid in full. The customer
must take ownership of the equipment and/or system within 1 week
after acceptance or storage fees will be added to the final payment.
Orders are not subject to cancellation without Georgia Oven
Company’s written consent and then only upon customer’s agreement to
compensate Georgia Oven Company for losses caused by such
cancellation. Unless otherwise specified in quoted specifications,
all equipment shall be installed by and at the expense of the
customer
