The Model STX is an explosion proof vacuum oven designed for the removal of solvents and other corrosive volatiles. To achieve its hazardous location rating we have constructed our housings to accommodate a safety pressurization unit, typically a Z or X. They are fully constructed in accordance to NFPA 496 and NEC Article 500. Pressurization systems are specified to handle your Class, Division, and Group ratings. The Model STX has a maximum temp capability of 500° F (260° C).
