The work chamber
is constructed of 304L stainless steel and features our unique proprietary high
strength gusseting system. The interior of the chamber is fully welded which
adds strength and improves its sealing capabilities. Chambers are then
passivated once all welding has been completed leaving a clean impurity free
finish. Other features include
-
Proprietary
constructed Mineral Insulated or Quartz heaters (depending on application)
heat the top, bottom and side chamber walls.
-
Our
Multilayer insulation technique is used on the rear wall where chamber
penetrations and ports are provided.
-
Top mounted
draft inducing is recommended for applications over 302°F
(150°C).
Unpowered draft inducers should be connected to a negative pressure in-house
exhaust system.
-
The vessel
door features our unique ultra heavy gusseting system, which offers anti
deflection capabilities during demanding thermal cycles. Vessel doors are
fully insulated using our multilayer type procedure maximizing efficiency,
reducing losses and thermal loading to the surrounding environment.
-
One-piece
constructed large diameter silicone door O-ring offers superior heat
resistance and sealing.
-
Vacuum levels
are achieved using simple single set-point direct acting solenoids, all
fully programmable from our F4AV controller. Accuracy is typically +/- 2
Torr during vacuum and +/- 1 Torr using a flow and pressure regulated
backfill source. A digital absolute vacuum transducer provides accurate and
stable pressure level feedback to the F4AV controller. Typical operating
control range is expressed in Torr, 760 to 1, but can be easily set-up for
0.0 to 30.0-inches of Mercury.
-
Sealed and
pressurized electrical housings on all electrical components including
heaters, control system and all motors.
