Vacuum Oven Sub Systems

Georgia Oven Company offers the most extensive vacuum oven sub-system integration capability in the industry. Below are just some of the unique systems that can be implemented into your vacuum ovens.

Vacuum Pumps

We can integrate vacuum pumps of all types and sizes, from most major brands. Our knowledge base includes Rotary Vane, Dry Scroll, Turbo-molecular, Cryogenic and Diffusion.  Rough, medium and high vacuum pumps can be integrated into our vacuum oven systems and with our PLC and Touch screens, programming, testing, operating and maintaining your vacuum system is simple and easy.

Vacuum Foreline Traps and Filters

Different applications require different vacuum foreline trapping capabilities. Georgia Oven Company offers a variety of traps to suit your needs.  Foreline trapping types include: Liquid Nitrogen, Refrigerated, Molecular Sieve, Water Cooled and Filter.

Gas Metering

Offering everything from simple pressure regulated valve ports to flow regulating Rotameters to complex Mass Flow controllers.  You can turn your vessel into a precision controlled atmosphere or a gas sweeping chamber.

Vessel & Product Cooling

We offer several methods of cooling.  Vessel cooling can be done by the circulation of water or thermal oil to exterior mounted platens.  Furthermore with the use of the auto purge cycle developed by GOCI you can operate your oven at temperatures greater than the limits of water or thermal oil.  We also offer direct injected cryogenic cooling for a fast reduction in both product core and vessel temperatures.  The cryogenic cooling features full cryogenic construction including a double valve safety interlock.

Atmospheric Sensing

Trying to negate the effects of oxidation? Or trying to reduce the moisture content in sensitive materials?  You can now refine your process and ensure end product results by sampling your atmosphere during process.  Our designed water and oxygen sampling circuit allows you to control levels into the parts per million.

 

Hybrid Forced Mechanical Convection Vacuum Ovens

One oven doing the work of two.  This unique construction is only found at Georgia Oven Company.  This system allows you to do perform both vacuum processing and mechanical convection or forced air processing all within one work vessel.  Furthermore this system can be coupled with any number of our other sub-systems to make an excellent research and development unit.

Vacuum & Temperature Instrumentation

Control is truly one of the specialties here at Georgia Oven.  We offer the most complete and simple to operate systems in the industry.  We utilize PLC and touch screen technologies along with specialized controllers specifically constructed for our systems.  We are the first to offer an all-in-one digital programmable temperature and vacuum controller.  Furthermore this unique controller gives us the ability to integrate high vacuum gauging, expanding our capabilities even further.  Proportional, Integral and Derivative control integrated with PLC logic allows us to more accurately throttle and control heat loads for demanding temperature processing.

 

PC Integration & Data Collection

Meeting the demanding needs of the high tech industry is what we strive for and PC integration & Data Collection truly separates us from other manufacturers.  Using special MODBUS based software and drivers we can connect all of your instrumentation into one easy to use Ethernet connected system.  Collecting data from temperature scanners, on-board temperature and vacuum controls are easily viewed, plotted and exported in MS Excel format.  All of our controls on all of our systems come ready to use this feature.
