Vacuum Oven Systems - A Cleaner Process

Under constant improvement, our continuous duty vacuum ovens and vacuum oven systems are always leading the industry in innovative ideas. Next up, the team at GOCI will be focusing our efforts on "Going Green". Solvent recovery and reducing volatile emissions has always been one of our unique system designs, but since our ever changing world is demanding cleaner more responsible industrial processing our engineering team is going to focus on developing more vacuum oven sub systems capable of keeping the environment clean and safe.

Environmentally Friendly Features of GOCI Vacuum Ovens:Vacuum Ovens for continious processing at elevated temperatures and pressure
  • Atmospheric sampling including oxygen, hazardous gases and moisture, help to reduce the operator danger during processing.
  • True hazardous location rated vacuum ovens capable of processing more volatiles faster and safer.
  • Atmosphere circulation using our MCV system gives you the power of two ovens in one, eliminating the need for transfers of wet product from one oven to another. This option allows you to turn your vacuum dryer into an inert gas forced air dryer, reducing the LEL and allowing you to process more, faster.
  • Vacuum processing allows you to process solvents and flammable materials under an inert environment reducing combustibility and increasing the amount you can process. No more LEL calculations.

Our ambient condensing systems allow you to:

  • Condense volatiles and contaminants using an evaporative cooling process water loop, eliminating the use of city water or refrigerants
  • Ambient condensing allows you to capture and recover more with less emissions plus there is no more small foreline traps, or expensive cryogenic cooling mediums to contend with.
  • Automated inert gas sweeping systems can purge your captured volatiles into a waste containment system safely and without operator intervention.
  • Eliminates the need for large catalyzing systems because you are able to condense and trap volatiles with little emissions
