Model CTS Vacuum Oven

At Georgia Oven Company being flexible and diverse has kept us on the leading edge of our field for over 29-years .  Because of that diversity  we have the expertise to offer the Model CTS.  The CTS customizes any one of our standard five units in order to better fit your process.  Areas typically customized include:

• Combination heating systems such as mechanical convection, platen and infrared

We have 29-years experience in infrared, convection, and conductive heating which gives us the knowledge to find the right thermal solution for your process.  Besides our solid thermal background we have gained rooted knowledge in air-flow techniques, vacuum, pneumatics and hydraulics.  Put our know-how to work for you.

All of our custom thermal systems are fully designed and submitted to our customers for approval prior to fabrication.  We use the latest in CAD software including Pro E Wildfire mechanical drawings and Visio Professional electrical and process and instrument diagrams.

Need to try it before you buy it ??  We understand that capital equipment purchases are important decisions.  So finding the right piece of equipment sometimes takes some research and development, so that's why we have several in-house thermal vacuum systems which allows you to perform tests on your products before you commit to a purchase.  This gives both GOCI and its customers the confidence that our custom system or standard system will get the job done right.
