Warranty Statement

Georgia Oven Company Systems Standard Warranty
Equipment sold by Georgia Oven Company is warranted free from defects of material & workmanship for 1-year from date of shipment.  Parts under warranty must be returned to the factory to determine defect.  Replacement parts will be shipped ground.  Expedited shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Georgia Oven Company’s warranty is void if the provided equipment is altered, modified, or repaired by any person not authorized by Georgia Oven Company.  Components used in the provided equipment are warranted by Georgia Oven Company to the extent warranted by the respective manufacturer.  Georgia Oven Company will facilitate repairs and replacements where applicable.  Should there be a conflict between a purchase order, if any, issued by customer and this statement, the terms of this statement shall control.  This statement shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia USA.

Watlow Controls Warranty

Watlow Controllers are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 36 months after delivery to the first purchaser for use, providing that the units have not been misapplied. Since Watlow has no control over their use, and sometimes misuse, we cannot guarantee against failure. Watlow's obligations hereunder, at Watlow's option, are limited to replacement, repair or refund of purchase price, and parts which upon examination prove to be defective within the warranty period specified. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from transportation, alteration, misuse or abuse.
